Ultrasound
Ultrasound is an important diagnostic tool that gives us a detailed image of your pet’s internal organs. This non-invasive, state-of-the-art technology uses soundwaves to produce a detailed moving image of the internal organs. The procedure is identical to that used in human medicine.

It is useful in diagnosing heart disease, the presence of abdominal masses or foreign bodies, evaluating organ function and more. Ultrasound can also be used to determine if your pet is pregnant. Our laboratory is capable of performing a variety of tests, including blood profiles, CBCs, and disease screenings, as well as pre-surgical bloodwork. Having an in-house laboratory enables us to arrive at a more rapid diagnosis for your pet during an emergency or when time is of the essence.
